A Career Built on Transformation

I was born in Bosnia and Herzegovina and lived through the Bosnian War as a refugee — an experience that forged an unshakeable resilience and a deep understanding of what it means to rebuild from nothing.

After immigrating to the United States, I earned a scholarship to the Carlson School of Management, one of the nation's top business programs, and went on to build a career leading technology and business transformations across industries, countries, and organizations.

Today, Jovvi Group exists to help founders and leaders build stronger companies faster — combining the hard-won lessons of enterprise leadership with the power of AI-native operating systems. Where a project calls for specialized hands, I bring in trusted external expertise.
